Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and payment processing
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in evening restocking and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
