Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Adhere to all safety policies and company standards during evening hours
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4-6 PM to 10 PM-12 AM)
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to/from evening shifts
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
