Responsibilities
- Delight customers with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash register integrity
- Execute visually compelling floor merchandising and display updates
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards throughout shift
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program (students strongly encouraged)
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Basic math aptitude for POS transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Passion for fashion and youth culture trends
- Reliable transportation to 82nd Street location
