Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, fitting assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during evening shifts
- Support weekend promotions and events to drive customer engagement and sales
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
