Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and merchandise displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
