Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including shelving, organizing displays, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash drawer reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Merchandising: Participate in visual merchandising tasks to keep the store looking attractive and on-brand.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members and shift supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual and dependable.
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training; a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are the only requirements.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
