Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions about products and services.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and organizing displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
- Ensure adherence to all store policies and safety procedures.
