Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions regarding our merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during evening hours.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems.
