Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory counts accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
