Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours, including product inquiries and checkout assistance
- Manage store operations during evening shifts, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Support store opening/closing procedures as required
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
