Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale using our modern POS system.
- Assist with store operations, including restocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain a premium appearance.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions while adhering to company security policies.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during peak evening hours.
- Monitor store inventory levels and communicate needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
