Responsibilities

- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to supervisors

Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week, 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
