Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and execute visual merchandising plans
- Assist with inventory counts and product replenishment during evening shifts
- Operate cleaning equipment to ensure store cleanliness before closing
- Participate in evening team huddles and training sessions
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be available 3-5 evenings per week (4 PM - 10 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Kansas City locations
- Must pass basic background check and employment verification
