Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer assistance with product selection, styling advice, and checkout processes
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and inventory management
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy and security protocols
- Process returns/exchanges with professionalism and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with evening staff to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Support inventory management through stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends consistently
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced retail environments
