Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including floor displays and stock organization
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4-8 PM) and weekend shifts (10 AM-6 PM)
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual shift coverage
