- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting rooms, and checkout processes
- Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Participate in evening restocking and preparation for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week) and weekends
