Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per company guidelines
- Operate safely with store equipment including ladders and stock carts
- Collaborate with team members during inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
