Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
- Restock and merchandise displays to maintain visual standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support store closing procedures including cleaning and securing premises
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable evening availability (minimum 3 shifts weekly)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
