Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain clean, organized sales floor
- Stock merchandise and execute visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak evening rushes
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Support inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Uphold brand standards in customer interactions and store presentation
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 3 shifts/week, 4 PM-10 PM)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to/from Sunset Boulevard location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- 18+ years of age required for evening shifts
