As an Evening Associate, you'll be the face of our brand during high-traffic evening shifts, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to style and service. This role requires availability Monday-Saturday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with potential Sunday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Efficiently process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy and security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays and maintain brand aesthetics
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving, stockroom organization, and markdown processing
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety procedures throughout all shifts
- Contribute to sales goals through suggestive selling and loyalty program enrollment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) Monday-Saturday with flexibility for Sundays
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Mission Bay location
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Must pass background check and provide employment verification
