Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with evening shift team to ensure store readiness for peak customer traffic
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Assist in closing procedures including securing merchandise and cleaning sales floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled welcome)
- Availability for evening shifts (primarily 3 PM - 11 PM, weekends required)
- Basic math skills and comfort with transactional systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
