- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and checkout processes
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash/POS systems
- Support store closing procedures including cleaning and security checks
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (minimum 3 shifts weekly)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to North Market Street location
