Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection and checkout processes
- Restock and organize merchandise to maintain visual standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and POS system aptitude
- Reliable transportation to and from work
