Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and scan incoming packages with accuracy and speed
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily processing targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading and organizing outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
