Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure premises during operational hours using CCTV systems and patrols
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents with calm professionalism
- Perform routine facility checks (lighting, access points, equipment)
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Document all activities and incidents in digital logbooks
- Provide customer assistance via phone/in-person during night hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of assigned areas
Qualifications
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Previous security or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transport to/from night shift locations
- Comfortable working in low-light conditions
- Pass DBS check (provided by employer)
