Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during evening and night shifts.
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and customer account management.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work evening and night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
