Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during evening shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Monitor inventory levels and process incoming/outgoing shipments
- Lead a small team of night associates with clear task delegation
- Maintain accurate digital records using our WMS system
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with day shift managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous night shift or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in digital inventory systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
- Basic first aid certification desirable
