Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Ensure store security and implement loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions and handovers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend hours
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
