Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests during evening and overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain facility security and safety protocols
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently in high-volume settings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Reliable transportation to/from worksite
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
