- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and response times.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (College students welcome).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ wpm).
