Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons during evening peak hours.
- Assist with daily operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining store organization.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management promptly.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
