Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and maintaining a clean, premium store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and process transactions with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash drops, security checks, and key management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
