Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email during evening hours.
- Assist in processing incoming data and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Handle customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes and communication.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school or college program (Students Welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work a consistent 4-hour shift from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
