- Provide first-level technical support via email and ticketing systems during evening shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote employees.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Assist in the deployment of security updates and software patches.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to critical incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows/macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
