Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests during evening/weekend hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
