- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-end hotel lobby lounge setting
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and light food offerings
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all service areas
- Process payments and manage POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak evening hours
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
