Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance during evening operations (check-ins, inquiries, and issue resolution)
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, payments, and room assignments
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to protocol
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Assist with evening inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
