Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with food service and event teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Maintain pristine facility standards and safety protocols
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
