Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts and process payments accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Monitor premises to ensure safety standards and compliance
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for evening activities
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if driving required)
