Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including tables, chairs, decor, and AV equipment
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and attendee flow with professional etiquette
- Assist with food service, beverage stations, and vendor coordination during events
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs and general attendees
- Complete post-event cleanup and venue restoration duties
- Submit digital shift reports and expense claims via mobile app
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable evening availability (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Previous event/conference hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Valid US work authorization and government-issued photo ID
- Smartphone with data access for daily payroll and scheduling
- COVID-19 vaccination proof required for indoor events
