Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues per client specifications
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Coordinate event flow and troubleshoot operational issues
- Provide premium customer service to high-net-worth attendees
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with security, catering, and entertainment teams
- Complete shift reports and payment documentation daily
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Minimum 2 years hospitality/event experience
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic first/CPR certification (training provided)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
