Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and client data into our secure databases.
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure high-quality standards and minimal errors.
- Assist the senior team with administrative tasks and document organization.
- Respond to basic inquiries via email or internal messaging platforms.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Perform regular backups and file organization to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and typing skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if remote).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors quickly.
