Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment during evening shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly with professional communication
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM, including weekends)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh location
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
