Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store and via digital channels during evening shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile payment options
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Support store operations during peak evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in evening sales events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license if transporting store merchandise
- Immediate availability to start within 48 hours of offer
