Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and established protocols
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail setting
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week (primarily 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Avenue location
