Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image
- Process transactions, manage appointments, and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Adhere to company protocols and maintain confidential information
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
