Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain store presentation standards and organize merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
