Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage reservation systems and handle check-in/check-out processes
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with night shift teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately

Qualifications
