Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Process reservations, inquiries, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with day staff for seamless operations and communication
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Complete shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Reliable transportation to downtown Philadelphia location
