Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support visual merchandising and promotional displays
